Credit Reporting
Your Collection Solution, LLC can cause negative credit reporting on all uncollected debt. This negative report will remain on the debtors' credit report for up to seven years. Your Collection Solution, LLC provides this service at no additional cost to our clients.
What you should know about this service:
- We report 45 days after placement.
- Credit Reporting gives us additional leverage when negotiating payment.
- We abide by the rules of the FCRA.
- If a debtor has a legitimate dispute with your claim, we have the duty/right to refuse to report your claim to a national credit bureau.
- Many agencies do not make this part of their service due to cost.
- We understand the importance of credit reporting and therefore have chosen to offer you this service and we cover the cost.
