New Account Placement Form Options - Now Available!
Author, Jan Conte |
|
I am happy to announce that we provide our Account Placement form so that it can be saved to your desktop . You can now type in the information directly on the form and print it or you can enter the information on our web page and print it versus filling out each form by hand.
Note: this form is 510kb in Adobe .pdf format and may be slow to open so please be patient. You must also have Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to open and use the form. You can download the latest free Adobe Reader program which will allow access to this form from the Adobe web site.
Even though it is possible to attach the form in an email, we don't recommend doing so. Email is not secure and violates our privacy policy. Please continue to fax or mail the forms.
This new form option will undoubtedly save you time and will cut down on our calls to your office asking you to decipher the handwriting. You of course still have the option to complete the form by hand if you choose. Soon you will be able to complete and submit the form online and simply fax your supporting documentation. Our goal is to make our process electronic so that time, energy and money is saved by our clients and our agency. We welcome your suggestions and comments. |
| My Web Site
Author, Jan Conte |

About 3 years ago I was still using the web site created for me by Frontier in Rochester New York. Knowing very little about the creation, development, optimization and value of a web site I figured it was what it was. The site rarely generated any calls and cost the agency $15.00 per month, that of course is in addition to the initial set up cost which I believe was a few hundred dollars.
My "real" marketing efforts consisted of phone book listings, magazine ads, cold calling and letter campaigns, none of which brought the agency any great results (mild at best).

| Don't Forget-End of the Year Clean up |
|
Now is the time of year to sort through your outstanding receivables in preparaton for tax season and so that you can start out 2008 without the dead weight of your delinquent receivables. Wouldn't it be nice to know that we are handling your delinquent customers so that you can focus on your paying customers? Remember we provide a discount if your claims are under 120 days delinquent. Early placement is key to fast collection turn around. The longer you wait, the harder it is for us to collect your claim. If you have anything hovering bewteen 90-120 days delinquent place it now. |
