“In twenty years of managing investment property I have had four tenants who have not paid the rent. I have taken them to small claims court and jumped through all of the hoops to try to get the money owed. The only one of the four that I actually got my money from (all of it I might add) was the one who left North Carolina in the middle of the night and moved to New Jersey. I didn’t have much hope of recovering any of the money but gave you a call because I was frustrated and felt I had to do something.
